Previously used by Wrexham Football Club, the Colliers Park National Football Development Centre, based on the site of Gresford Colliery in Wrexham, was officially relaunched in June 2023 to celebrate its impact on Welsh football, both locally and nationally, and its support of the delivery of the Football Coaching and Performance Specialist degree at Wrexham Glyndwr University.
The new sound system facilities, designed, installed and commissioned by Richard King Systems in 2024, provide the following benefits:
